Affiliates are not agents of FC Productions (The Company) and do not represent the company in any way.
Although training or training material may be provided from time to time, The Company is under no obligation to do so.
Prices and commission rates are subject to change at the sole discretion of The Company and without prior notice.
It is your sole responsibility as an Affiliate to keep the company up to date with changes to your contact and bank details.
Commissions are not due until the amount accumulated reaches AUD$50. Payment will then be made in full less applicable taxes and third party charges (eg bank charges) on or around the fifteenth of the month following the qualification. The Company will never charge you any transaction or account-keeping fee or any other fee.
A company or an individual aged 18 and over may become an Affiliate.
All Affiliates must have a bank or other financial institution account whereby The Company may transmit payments electronically to.
Either party may terminate the Affiliate's membership at any time.
